Essentials for the Plane Ride
Hey all, I have more fantastic news - I’m traveling to Peru and Argentina after graduation, woohoo! This is my first time visiting South America, so I could NOT be more excited! And if you guys are traveling for the summer as well, I’d like to share a few essentials to pack for the plane ride to make it less bearable, especially in the ghastly cramped enclosures of economy seating!
1. A HOODIE

This orange label zip hood will help you look cute while staying warm! It’s comfortable and doubles as a blanket if you unzip it and wrap yourself in it. And honestly, it’s much thicker than the wafer-thin, pathetic excuse of a blanket the airlines provide, and trust me, the planes can get SO COLD!!
2. JEGGINGS

I am a huge proponent for hoodies, but I draw the line at sweatpants. Mind you, while you want to be comfortable, you are STILL in a public space, and there WILL be attractive men, as well as girls in their chic outfits and 5-inch heels (never understood that part) and you do NOT want to be compared. That is why I have recently become an advocate for jeggings done right. Not the cheap jeggings with silkscreened pockets and seams (oh god no), but quality jeggings, like the ones at Superdry! I can’t seem to find the exact pair online, but I just recently got a pair in stores. They are ever so comfortable and extremely flattering!
3. COMFY SHOES

Moving on to footwear. I’ve also never liked Uggs (sorry), but hello moccasins! They’re comfortable and cute, and they just make sense. Especially the Monty Moccasin by Superdry. They’ll keep your feet nice and toasty, and they’re easy to slip on and off if you want to tuck your feet under you and nap on the plane.
4. NOISE-CANCELING HEADPHONES

Crying baby? Noisy chatter? No problem! As long as you’ve got your Superdry Technical Headphones on hand, you can listen to your favorite tunes and rest easy on the plane. I have a pair myself, and the sound quality is great and the ear cushioning makes for hours of comfy wear. At only $90 a pop, it’s a steal (forreals).
5. iPad 2 SHELL

I don’t actually have an iPad (sad face), BUT IF I DID, you can bet your buttons I’d slap on this super sleek Superdry iPad 2 shell to keep it protected during my turbulent travels!
Hope my tips help, and safe travels to you all!
